Since the 1980 s,self-directed learning has become an important project topic for education-related professional research,and at home and abroad has been in-depth research at this stage,from the social cognitive theory,humanism theory,self-will theory,etc.The research on its connotation,practical application,training and evaluation is conducted.Although the methods of discussion between them are not the same,the research focuses on motivation,methods,time,learning outcomes,environment,and social aspects.Autonomous learning has the characteristics of initiative,independence,effectiveness,and richness,and is a prerequisite for realizing lifelong sports.Because there is a certain difference between the school physical education curriculum and social sports,after the students walk out of the ivory tower and enter the society,this self-study ability of sports gradually disappears.Many basic issues concerning the autonomy of undergraduates majoring in physical education,such as the development of autonomous learning ability,and the psychological basis of autonomous learning and teaching guidance,have not yet been resolved.This paper investigates the situation of 300 students majoring in physical education and 30 professional teachers in ordinary colleges and universities in Changchun City,and conducts questionnaire survey on students' autonomous learning ability.Through the methods of literature materials,expert interviews,questionnaires,and mathematical statistics,different dimensions of the investigation are conducted.The statistical analysis sums up the insufficiency of self-learning ability of undergraduates majoring in physical education and analyzes the influencing factors of self-learning ability,and proposes a series of measures to improve the self-learning ability of undergraduates majoring in physical education.The research is divided into five parts.The first part is the basis for the topic selection,and introduces the research significance and value of the topic,the scope of the study,the definition of related concepts,and the research results of autonomous learning ability at home and abroad.The second part is the introduction of the research method.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire used in the study are tested.The third part elaborates on the research object,research content,mathematical statistics and other results through four dimensions,and analyzes the survey results.In the fourth part,through the analysis of the survey results,several strategies are proposed to improve the self-learning ability of college sports majors in Changchun City.The fifth part summarizes the self-learning ability proposed in this paper,and gives several suggestions through different levels.It is hoped that this paper may provide useful inspiration and help for subsequent research.
