With the advent of the era of knowledge-based economy,people's view of knowledge has changed.Knowledge is the generative process of subject experience and constructing individual meaning;knowledge is dynamic,changeable and generative.In the school education activities,the curriculum view,teaching view and learning view of educators and learners have changed correspondingly,which contributes to the change of teaching and learning of behavior in classroom teaching activities.The course is dynamic,open and generative.The change of teachers' classroom leadership has been caused by the diversification of students' access to knowledge and the enhancement of their subjectivity,etc.The influence,determination and control of teachers' classroom teaching have weakened,which is worthy of thinking and studying.If we do not pay attention to and guide it,it will affect the quality of teachers' classroom teaching activities.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the research on teachers' classroom leadership.In order to ensure the feasibility of the research and the reliability and validity of the research results,the author carries out the investigati-on combining with the real physic class teaching.Through the observat-ion and questionnaire survey of senior high school physics classroom leadership,we can find the weakening situation of teachers' classroom leadership at present,and analyze the causes of it,so as to explore the effective ways to improve teachers' classroom leadership,which can pro-mote teachers' professional development,develop classroom teaching eff-iciency,enhance classroom teaching quality,and teach effectively.This paper is divided into five chapters: chapter one,introduction.It mainly includes five aspects: the questions,the research significance,the literature review,research thoughts and methods,and research innovation points.The second chapter,it is the connotation and theoretical basis of teachers' classroom leadership,including the definition and theoretical basis of related concepts.The third chapter refers to the current situation of senior high school physics teachers' classroom leadership,including the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,the basic situation of the investigation,and the weakening of teachers' classroom leadership.The fourth chapter analyzes the causes of the weakening of teachers' classroom leadership,from the five aspects of teachers' classroom leadership.The fifth chapter discuses the way to improve teachers' classroom leadership,from three aspects: perfecting teacher training and training mechanism,deepening the reform of teacher evaluation and incentive mechanism,and teacher self-education.
