As an important branch of statistical comprehensive evaluation,the application of group evaluation has penetrated into all aspects of economic and social life,group evaluation attracted more and more attention,has become indispensable to all kinds of competitions,merit,decision-making and other activities in the evaluation tool.While widely used,the new ideas and methods of group evaluation are increasing day by day,but there are also many problems in the face of practical evaluation problems.As one of the main factors of group evaluation problem,weight is a form of evaluation factors weigh the number of things in general the relative importance of value,obviously,when the evaluation index and evaluation unit were determined,group evaluation results will depend on the weight coefficient.The rational determination of weights is important to decision making or evaluation,and different weights will lead to different or even opposite evaluation conclusions.Therefore,the problem of weight determination is a very difficult problem in group evaluation.In face of some complex evaluation problems,the use of "constant weight" is often used to give an unreasonable evaluation,and get unreasonable evaluation results.In addition,the group evaluation process,due to the evaluation of the level of knowledge,personal preferences are different,they are often evaluated with strong personal bias,given the lower evaluation on their aversion to the scheme,given the higher evaluation on their favor to the scheme;on the other hand,for some reason,a few reviewers of part of the program given the obvious error in the evaluation,to aggregate the group evaluation information by using linear weighted method,in this case,these unfair or wrong evaluation often leads to unreasonable or even wrong group evaluation results.Therefore,this paper considers the "variable weight"approach to empowerment.In this paper,the group evaluation is divided into static group evaluation and dynamic group evaluation from the time dimension,and uses the idea of variable weight to determine the weights involved in the evaluation process.For the static group evaluation problem,first of all,the variable weight evaluation method based on utility function,all reached the variable weights for different purposes.The weights of the indexes and the weights of the evaluation individuals are treated with variable weights respectively,and an example shows the variable weight group evaluation result is better than the constant weight results.Then,considering the quality effect of variable weight,an adaptive weighting mechanism based on variable weight theory is proposed,through the design of group evaluation degree of consensus,measure the variable weight evaluation consensus degree is improved,whether the purpose of the group consistent quality,and then judge the utility of variable weight.For the dynamic group evaluation problem,the dynamic group evaluation is divided into non-feedback multi-stage dynamic group evaluation and feedback interactive dynamic group evaluation,and each of the two types of dynamic group evaluation of typical problems are discussed.Aiming at the problem of multi stage dynamic group evaluation feedback,first calculates the satisfaction of multiple stages of the evaluation of individual preference,it reflects the true evaluation of individual preferences,and then consider the stability of every stage of individual evaluation of the assessment information,put forward of individual evaluation based on stability,and then get the final group with preference.The interactive dynamic group evaluation feedback problems,aiming at the problems of interactive group evaluation in general,the interactive group evaluation is improved through the design and calculation and evaluation of degree of consensus,the group feedback termination condition gives quantitative judgment.In addition,The evaluation information and the evaluation information in each interaction phase are comprehensively considered,considering the correlation of evaluating individual evaluation information in each stage from the "horizontal",considering the interaction between the individual evaluation influence each stage from "vertical",the weight of every stage of interaction evaluation of individual correction,and then consider the consistency of each stage of group evaluation obtained in each stage of weight,the final comprehensive evaluation unit sort.Finally,an interactive group evaluation method based on variable weight theory is presented to demonstrate the dynamic of interactive group evaluation.The results of group evaluation are more effective.
