Scientific argumentation is the foundation of the establishment of scientific knowledge.Any proposition must be evaluated by scientific analysis to become the accepted knowledge of the public,and the ability of scientific argumentation is one of the requirements of scientific.literacy.Exploratory experiment and the use of the concept of demonstration of the facts,is the ability to demonstrate the characteristics of biology.On the basis of consulting the relevant literatures,this study obtains the theoretical basis of the strategy of arguing ability.Using the Questionnaire Survey to Investigate and Analyze the Demonstration Performance of the Senior Students on the Social Science Issue.And through the questionnaire survey and classroom observation of teachers 'teaching methods,combing the main problems that affect the development of students'argumentation ability in daily teaching and obtaining the practical basis of the strategy of arguing ability.Then combined with the characteristics of biology,put forward based on the exploratory experiment and the use of the concept of demonstration of the fact that the ability to develop teaching strategies.And the implementation of high school biology teaching demonstration ability training teaching experiment to test the effectiveness of teaching strategies,summed up the high school biology teaching demonstration ability training effective strategy.
