Until the promulgation of<Ordinary High School Mathematics Curriculum Standards(experiment>,how to promote students' independent development,all-around development and Sustainable development that become educators' common aims.While under the double pressure of grade and study expectation,it exists Mathematic s studying anxiety phenomenon universally.And with the extension and development of t his kind of studying anxiety,students' Mathematics interesting and study confidence will be influenced directly then decreased the quality of Mathematics studying.Be based on it,this thesis adopted to literature analysis,questionnaires,interviews and case studies and other research methods,which treat senior high school students as this study's subject.Under the analysis of the study achievements,and combined with related teaching experiences,even drawn up questionnaires and interviews to investigate partial senior high school freshmen.Analyzing reasons from high school freshman's anxiety to propose eliminated Mathematics study pressure principle then put forwarder four aspects strategy,"changes for teaching content","changes for teaching methods","mismatch study methods" and "unsatisfied study results" which can be taken as an example for high school freshmen.
