With the continuous improvement and the change of the society,education is facing more and more challenges.The school education is difficult to take full responsibility for educating people alone,and the family,as the natural partner of the school,must be the primary target of communication between the school and the outside world.After graduation from normal college,the author of the article has been a teacher in the School of ShangZhai in BaiTu town in the western mountainous area of Cixian County.In the past few years,facing the situation of fewer communication between families and schools in this area,she began the exploration on the family-school communication practice.The author visited schools in the area,had conferences with teachers and parents and distributed questionnaires.She found out the main reasons holding back the home-school communication: schools neglect the importance of communicating with families,teachers have too much work and parents are not educated enough,etc.The author made some innovative experiments such as holding meetings with parents,starting group chats on QQ,visiting families,etc.She found out that in order to improve the family-school communication in the countryside,schools,teachers and parents need to change their idea.More importantly,being in the dominant place,teachers should build an equal dialogue atmosphere adapted to rural parents and give them simple theoretical and practical guidance.Moreover,teachers should pay more attention to the left-behind children and persist the effort in home-school communication.The experiment of the author had significant effects,but there are also some difficult problems being unresolved.The thoughts of this study are as follows:The introduction is the reason and significance of the topic.The article mainly analyzes the related research of domestic and foreign family-school communication.Based on this,the two core concepts of family-school communication and family-school cooperation are defined.The difficulties and the methods of innovation are established.The first chapter introduces the problem and causes of problem in rural primary schools.This chapter is based on the interview and questionnaire survey in the mountainous area of western counties,and objectively presents the current situation of the communication between family and school,as well as the analysis of the reasons behind this situation.The second chapter is the exploration of the family-school communication in rural schools.This part elaborated the exploration in the western region on the family-school communication,such as parent-teacher conferences,home visits,in its own unique characteristics.The third chapter is the effect of exploring the practice of communication in rural schools.This part mainly analyzes the change of the parents,teachers and the students after carrying on the family-school communication.The fourth chapter is to reflect on the difficulties encountered in the communication process of the rural school and the experience.Through these years,the author has summarized some experiences of working in rural schools,and some work need the support from the whole society.The level of economic development in rural and urban areas is different,and the degree of civilization is different.Therefore,it is also very different in the countryside to develop the school communication and the city.The author hopes to make some small efforts for the development of the communication work of the rural schools through the exploration and research of the communication in the rural schools.
