The so-called classroom silence refers to the students in the specific situation of classroom teaching,in their personal knowledge construction of both teachers and students and even the process of interaction,the performance of such as silent,silent behavior.The classroom silence studied in this paper refers to group classroom silence,which is the phenomenon that occurs in all courses,not the classroom silence that occurs only in a specific professional course.Classroom silence is divided into two types: active classroom silence and negative classroom silence according to its role in the construction of students' knowledge,the focus of this study is negative silence.This paper takes Yantai G school logistics professional as an example,logistics professional students as the research object.In view of the phenomenon of group classroom silence in the students of G school logistics majors,the research of literature research method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and case study method is adopted.Using literature research,interview,questionnaire survey,education case study.Analyze the factors that cause students to silence the classroom,and explore the crux of the students' classroom silence.This paper puts forward the suggestion of resolving classroom silence from the perspective of education management.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of students' classroom silence by interviewing,investigating,collating and analyzing the questionnaire data of 120 students and interviews with four logistics professionals in G school in Yantai.Through the careful data analysis found that the phenomenon caused by student classroom silence there are three main reasons: one is the secondary school students own factors: In the absence of self-confidence in learning,influenced by peer groups,there is no sense of identity in the logistics industry,which have caused the secondary students in the classroom do not think,do not speak the internal causes of the phenomenon.Among them,the lack of identity of the students in the logistics industry,lack of learning interest is the main cause of classroom silence,the key factors;the second is the teacher's teaching management factors: Teaching design does not highlight the student's dominant position,ask the way monotonous,classroom management lack of flexibility,class management ability is weak;third is the school professional construction factors: Skills training classes set a relatively low proportionof professional theory class dull environment,improper arrangements for campus cultural activities.In order to improve the students' learning interest,improve the students' classroom participation,break the classroom silence,negative maximum play the positive role of classroom silence,arouse teachers' and students' thinking collision,form the effective communication between teachers and students,and ultimately achieve common vision effective classroom between teachers and students.The first step is to improve the teaching management ability of teachers: through various teaching activities and class activities,the students' professional identity is enhanced,and the students' professional interest is improved through the construction of the study style.Create a community of teachers and students;Improve teaching design.The second is to enrich the teacher's classroom management skills: to enhance the student's self-confidence-to tell the students “to answer wrong is not wrong”.Arouse the student with the family-manage the student to want to truly make the departure from love.Third,the school should improve the students' professional interest through professional construction: The school should strengthen the construction of the logistics training room as soon as possible;strengthen the campus student culture construction;to promote education;the class of sovereignty back to teachers;increase logistics professional propaganda and so on.
