Function and Logarithm is the core concept of math,also is a bedrock of senior high school mathematics.Integrating the history of mathematics into the teaching of mathematical concepts has not only already became the consensus of the academic community,but also has become the interesting of more and more teachers.But there are still great difficulties in integrating the history of mathematics into teaching activities and class,because teachers are busy with the actual work,lack the material and knowledge of the history of mathematics.At the same time,they have no idea about the approaches of integrating the history into educational practice.This study aims to use diverse methods of integrating the history into mathematical teaching,to rich the mathematical history knowledge and then to develop more typical teaching case.Three stages had been experienced around the logarithm and function of the senior high school:case application stage,developing case stage and perfecting case stage.In each stage,four steps of the action research were after which were planning,action,observation and reflection.It's found in this study that integrating the history of mathematics into the concept teaching can help students overcome the cognitive impairment and break through the teaching difficulties.On the one hand,It expands the students' knowledge,enrich their cultural connotation.Secondly,it increase the students' interest of learning mathematics and explore their learning motivation.Next but not list,it changes the students' learning view on mathematics,promote and inquiry their abilities of learning and solving practical problems.On teachers' professional accomplishment,it can effectively help them extend mathematical ontology knowledge,enrich teachers'mathematical culture connotation and knowledge.At the same time,it opens a window for starting point of theinnovation,provides the way of innovation.In the progress of integrating history into teaching,teachers' ability of teaching design was enhanced,a new mathematical understanding are created in the wonderful mathematical classroom.Based on the conclusion and the shortages of this study,this paper summarizes some enlightenment of integrating history into teaching,and supplies some suggestions for writing senior high school mathematics textbooks.In the end,this paper prospects the research direction of next study stage.
