The report of the Nineteenth Party Congress proposed to give priority to the development of Education.The education of the new era emphasizes the importance of people first,promotes the all-round development of students’ moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics and labor education and stimulates students’ initiative and creativity.It is a major improvement of teaching methods and learning ways for High school political education course to carry out the Group Cooperative Learning.This learning method can cultivate students’ key competencies,such as political identification,scientific spirit,legal consciousness and public participation quality.For long-term development of students,Group Cooperative Learning lays the cornerstone of political quality for lifelong development.It takes high moral values establishment and people cultivation as the fundamental task of political education course.With the development of the new curriculum reform,schools are carrying on various degrees of reform.Group Cooperative Learning plays an important role in the teaching of political education course in high school.It has changed the traditional teaching mode.Group Cooperative Learning embodies the new idea of developing students’ key competencies,fully develops the subjective status of students and cultivates students’ innovative spirit and cooperative ability.This teaching method advances with the times,adapts the students’ development in both body and mind,and can promote the overall free development of students.However,there will be problems in everything in the process of development,and the new curriculum reform is not exceptional,too.Nowadays,many teachers do not really understand the essence of Group Cooperative Learning.They just follow the trend of carrying put the Group Cooperative Learning.It is believed that carrying out the Group Cooperative Learning is to keep up with the pace of the new curriculum reform,which leads to a lot of problems.The emergence of the problem is not a negation of the new curriculum reform and the development of Group Cooperative Learning in high school political education.Because the new curriculum reform itself is a process of rectification,a process of dynamic development,and not a result of one action.Only the students discover and solve problems while learning,can they keep moving forward.In this paper,combining with her three-year experience in teaching,the author focuses on the Group Cooperative Learning of political education teaching in senior high school,and main analyses the teaching problems and countermeasures of the Group Cooperative Learning.It mainly includes the following aspects.The first part is an overview of Group Cooperative Learning.It mainly introduces the connotation and theoretical basis of Group Cooperative Learning,and the characteristics and value of Group Cooperative Learning in high school political education course.This paper summarizes and generalizes the connotation of Group Cooperative Learning,and introduces its theoretical basis from two aspects: Group Dynamics Theory and Constructivism Learning Theory.The main characteristics of Group Cooperative Learning in high school political education course are as follows.(1)Cooperative learning is based on heterogeneous group.(2)The topic of cooperative learning is ideological and political.(3)Group Cooperative Learning is mutual aid and cooperation for group achievement.(4)Cooperative learning aims at accomplishing learning tasks.The value of carrying out Group Cooperative Learning in high school political education course is to cultivate students’ political key competencies,to cultivate students’ spirit of unity and cooperation,to cultivate students’ innovative spirit and ability,and to enrich the teaching form of high school political education course.The second part is the analysis of the problems and reasons of the Group Cooperative Learning in high school ideological and political teaching.The problems of Group Cooperative Learning are discussed in detail.(1)The issues discussed do not point to the key competencies of political education course.(2)The role orientation of teachers does not show the comprehensive and active characteristics of political education course.(3)The teacher’s evaluation can not reflect the ideological content of political education course.(4)Students lack of cooperative consciousness and skills.Then,this paper reflects on the problem and analyzes the reasons for the problem.It mainly analyzes the traditional teaching ideas,teachers’ inadequate understanding of Group Cooperative Learning and students’ excessive concern for themselves.The third part is the countermeasures of the Group Cooperative Learning in the political education course in high school.(1)The designed problem should point to the key competencies of political science,including that the discussed problem should be full of value,that the problem should be discussed in the appropriate time and that the designed problem should be gradient and hierarchical.(2)The teacher’s role should embody the comprehensive and active characteristics of political discipline.Teachers should play a part in leading and guiding.They should promote the mutual development of teaching and learning between teachers and students,strengthen their belief and complete the transformation development.Besides,they should straight out the teaching ideas and grasp the nature of the subject.(3)Establish the evaluation mechanism reflecting the ideological nature of the political discipline.Teachers should insist on combining knowledge evaluation with moral evaluation,combining individual evaluation with collective evaluation,combining generative evaluation with summative evaluation,combining students’ self-evaluation and mutual evaluation.(4)Students learn to cooperate with others.They should learn to listen and express,form critical consciousness,and refuse to blindly follow the crowd.
