Competition in the twenty-first Century is competition for talent.As vocational colleges to train technical talents,more attention should be paid to the management of students and the development of autonomous learning.With the implementation of core literacy education in 2016,students have more choices and can control their favorite subjects and skills.Therefore,the study of this concept in the premise of people-oriented,the vocational school students "self management,self education and self development" three abilities as a starting point,and a discussion of the problems in the current development situation,and on this basis,put forward countermeasures and suggestions in accordance with the truth.From the perspective of development,on the one hand,China's vocational school students "Three Abilities" has been the Career Technical College wide attention and application,but not from the analysis of the position of the students deeply;on the other hand,"Three Abilities",in the previous research results,for the study of combination of theory and practice the in-depth research analysis is not common.Therefore,this research is based on the training improve vocational school students' ability of self heart.In order to cultivate three abilities as the research subject,through the analysis of specific cases of secondary vocational school students "ability of induction,explore the value of three abilities,through the analysis of the causes,summed up the methods to solve the problems,meet the demand for vocational school students' self management,to further enhance the students ability of self promotion and the popularization and development,puts forward some suggestions opinions,with both theoretical and practical significance.This study is divided into the following parts:Part one: introduction.The background,purpose and significance of the research proposition are combed,and the specific content of the research proposition is defined.In the literature review on "three capabilities" training,from two aspects of domestic and abroad are described,with the development and promotion of the purpose of the research ideas and methods are summarized.The second part: related concepts and research theory.This chapter focuses on the conceptual and theoretical description of the analysis.Starting from the concept of the concept and three abilities,inquiry between the existing theory and on the basis of analyzing the inauguration of school,three students ability,the relationship between the three concepts on solid theoretical basis.The third part is the result and analysis.First of all,through the form of questionnaire on the vocational school students "Three Abilities" status of the investigation and statistics.According to the statistical data of the current vocational school students "Three Abilities" problems were analyzed.Secondly,the existing problems,causes and influencing factors are systematically analyzed.The fourth part: countermeasures and suggestions.In view of the present situation and problems,this study summarized through analysis,thinking on "Three Abilities",put forward opinions and suggestions from the school,teachers and students respectively,and constantly improve our students' self ability "with the times and social development level,cultivate talents in the new period.The fifth part: conclusion and prospect.The main conclusions are as follows: one is to grasp the "Three Abilities",a comprehensive overall education of vocational school students.Two is the vocational school students "three ability" is still inadequate and needs to be improved.Through research,we for the cultivation of vocational school students "self" ability to have better cognitive importance.Vocational school students "self" ability education work still has a long way to go,a short duration of time,need to continue to strengthen.Through the improvement of students evaluation methods,improve teachers team construction,enrich the teaching contents,teaching methods and other aspects of innovation to make students full access to the "three self" ability education,let the excellent "three" ability rooted in every student's heart.In the design of case study,because there are not many cases of vocational school students in our country,we can not make a comparative study.There are some problems such as tightness and insufficient.In the future research,on the one hand,the concept understanding needs to be further clarified;on the other hand,it needs researchers to do a great deal of work on how to base on the popularization and improvement.
