Education and life are an organic whole.It is not intelligent to escape from the life of education,and the education divorced from life is incomplete."Education is life",the author thinks that no education mark should include two meanings: first,the extension of the content of education is life,life is great,our educational content is wide;second,the form of education is life form,not rigidly adhere to the classroom do not stick to the books.Also,"education is life".Let our children learn happily,learn freely and learn freely,and then become a self actualization person.When carrying out moral education,teachers who are full of wisdom are often not in a hurry to plug moral education rules into students,forcing students to regulate their behaviors,or using punishment to restrict children's behavior standards.It is to contact the daily life scene and life experience,and let the students accept the moral education stealth and imperceptibly in life or study.This kind of behavior is from the heart of the students,not simply for the teacher's reward,but not to meet the requirements of the teacher.Educators should be as close as possible to the law and nature of education,to make life in education,and to make education in life more.The core rule in education technical is that no matter in which education elements,the less children can feel the aim what we try to educated them,the better effectiveness if will bring in,and this is the guidance to help us know more about them.So we should reduce precept and bribery,but turn to create a friendly environmental,build a open relationship,and show good example to give them imperceptibly influence.All the habit including those are good or not are forming day by day and step by steps in daily life.Life is the foundation of education,and it's also the roots of education.When we try to implement formative education,it's not the boring didactic,nor told the students how to do directly,we should try to infiltrate the good code of conduct in their minds and awareness subtlety to let them think about what behavior is good and encouraged,this will effected them from inside of heart.During the formative education process,there always some self-learning information or result not forced will have real support to students growth,and it's directness and empathy.
