Since the 21 st century development of human society entered the era of globalization,the competition between countries is becoming more and more fierce,the competition between countries in the final analysis is the talent competition,only education is talent of education high quality.Physical education as an important part of education,physical education curriculum conforms to the development trend of modern education.In physical education teaching in high school,basketball has always been one of the students like project,basketball course at home and abroad to carry out the situation also is our country sports researchers' attention,they in theory and practice both at home and abroad as a starting point,to figure out to our country current basketball course has a promoting effect of thought and theory,to create and optimize the pattern of physical education teaching theory with Chinese characteristics.This paper selects Dalian International School: Dalian Ying Ling International School,Dalian Feng Ye International School,Dalian American International School: Dalian General Middle School: Dalian 24 Middle School,Lu Shun Third Senior High School and Zhong Shan Senior High School.As the survey object.In the collection of the first-hand materials,such as P.E basketball teaching objectives,teaching methods,teaching organization,teaching content,teaching environment,the author used interviews,questionnaire survey,data analysis and mathematical statistics.Combined with these,this paper explores the similarities and differences between international schools and ordinary schools in the development of basketball courses.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The international school teachers know how to encourage and guide teachers to have mutual discussion and pay more attention to further education,which pave a way for the smooth development of school sports.2.International schools run by enterprises or individuals in China lay less emphasis on the optimization of teaching environment.Chinese students are in the larger proportion of all students and there are no differences between basketball courses here and those in ordinary schools.But the international school of high school basketball course is as one of the necessary to apply for foreign university sports,in basketball lesson is very important to carry out on;The ordinary school basketball lesson not to participate in the entrance exam.But the international school of high school basketball course is as one of the necessary to apply for foreign university sports,in basketball lesson is very important to carry out on;The ordinary school basketball lesson not to participate in the entrance exam.3.In terms of teaching environment,the basketball teaching facilities of Dalian general schools are far behind those of international schools.Especially in the aspect of social psychology,the data shows that ordinary schools are significantly better than international schools in building interpersonal relationships and taking teaching space and time factors into consideration.4.The international schools in the teaching process lay more emphasis on how to apply the theory to practice,focus on the study of students' collective cooperation and the process is evaluated.In general schools,there is no good connection between theoretical knowledge of Physical Education curriculum and sports technology learning,which results in students' failure to effectively apply the theory to practice.In terms of assessment methods,there exists a phenomenon of attaching importance to personal capacity and ignoring cooperation.5.In terms of the development of the extracurricular basketball class,both the Dalian general schools and international schools have taken into account the actual situation and needs of students.Dalian International School has developed a variety of extra-curricular basketball activities and students have a higher interest.Students in extra-curricular activities play different roles to develop their sense of responsibility and communication skills and can improve their professional skills in different positions of basketball.Besides,in carrying out basketball activities,the school is also equipped with a commissioner so as to make the maximum use of teacher resources.In contrast,the performance of ordinary schools in this area is far from satisfactory,students have less ways to participate as the students in international schools do.
