Law is a special code of conduct with value judgment and moral implication.It not only depends on the national coercive force to ensure its implementation,but also has an important impact on people’s ideology.It is an objective requirement to enforce the rule of law,implement education policy and train socialist qualified citizens.To build a socialist country under the rule of law,we must strengthen the legal system education and strive to build a civilized civilization.It is an important period to form the world view,view of life and values for teenagers.It is of great practical significance to cultivate the legal consciousness of teenagers and establish their faith in the law through the systematic legal systemThis paper takes the legal education of Yining junior high school as the research object,through in-depth investigation and research,to understand the basic situation of legal education in Yining city,including classroom teaching,teaching methods,the use of teaching materials,students’ learning effect.In view of the problems and deficiencies in the education of legal system,the paper provides countermeasures from the aspects of optimizing education,improving teaching methods and means,improving teachers’ quality of ruling by law,enriching teaching contents,and so on.This paper consists of an introduction and four chapters.The background and significance the research,researches both at home and abroad,research contents and methods are introduced in the introduction part.In the first chapter,the related concepts of legal system education is defined.the author describe the significance of strengthening the junior high school education of legal system from the perspective of national,social demands and personal development,the author clears objectives and contents of the junior high school education of legal system.In the second chapter,according to school education situation and situation of classroom teaching,students’ learning situation,legal knowledge,teaching material usage,the legal system of education evaluation situation,minor crime attribution,etc,the author sets up the questionnaire so as to systematically understand the present situation of junior high school education legal system in Yining city.In addition,the author interviewed part of Yining city’s junior high school administrators,director of the moral education,professional class teacher and summarizes their suggestions and opinions to support the questionnaire.In the third chapter,the author summaries the characteristics and problems analyzes the deficiencies and the causes of that.the results of the questionnaire and interviews show that more emphasis are put on the junior high school education of legal system,content of that reflects local characteristics,forms,etc.At the same time,it is to strengthen education of legal system software and hardware construction,single teaching methods,students’ legalconsciousness and the concept of legal system is not strong.In view of the problems and deficiency,analyzing the causes.In the fourth chapter,the author analyzes the approaches on how to optimize the junior high school education of legal system.This study suggests some ways which include improving the hardware and software of the school education of legal system construction,enriching teaching methods,improving the quality of the teachers to provide the beneficial references to improve junior high school curriculum teaching effect and improve the teaching quality of junior high school students to the legal system education in Yining city.
