Secondary vocational education is the vocational education in the stage of high school education.The purpose is to cultivate skilled talents and application-type personnel.But with the expanding enrollment of university students and the influence of the traditional ideas,it leads to face many problems,such as the difficulty of enrollment,student which has negative enrollment motivation,for their future development goals are not clear.So,the quality of secondary vocational education needs to be improved.This article attempts to investigate and analyze the student enrollment motivation of Shenyang S school according to attribution theory and comprehensive incentive theory and elaborate the various factors that affect them to choose school.It proposes favoured educational management policies and arouse the students’ interest in learning and improve the students’ attitude,It also improve autonomous learning ability which has a practical significance.There are six chapters in my paper.In chapter one,the writer has an introduction to the background of choosing the topic,significance of this essay,methods,innovation points and all the research about the students motivation of secondary vocational school from foreign country and our country.In chapter two,to define the concept of secondary vocational school,motivation,enrollment motivation and put forward the foundation of the theory research.In chapter three,beginning with the questionnaire and charts,by investigate feature of the current status of students enrollment motivation of secondary vocational school and the various factors that affect enrollment motivation.In chapter four,by analysis and summarizing feature of the current status of secondary vocational school students’ enrollment motivation and the various factors.In chapter five,on the basis of the existing problems and their reasons of choose secondary vocational school,some educational administration policies are proposed from the aspects of colleges and society.In chapter six,conclusion.The article applied the method of questionnaire survey,interviewing,analysis investigation and through the investigating analysis on Shenyang S school students’enrollment motivation,it has significantly pertinence and innovation over enhancing the vocational education development in Shenyang. |
