The essence of education is to guide life and enhance wisdom.Life.Oriented education is a unified educational philosophy embedded in the essence of education and reflected in all aspects of education.However,with the development of modern education,the candle of life is fading away.The idea of the life oriented education(where education places life and where its position needs to be put in place)needs to be implemented.In its latest report Rethinking Education: Towards a Global Common Good?,UNESCO is saying,“Think of humanistic values as the basis and purpose of education.Respect for life and dignity.Abandon the alienated individual and the learning system that takes the individual as a commodity.Abandon the practice of human inhumanity.”The practice of the concept of life oriented education is the academic frontier and theoretical hot spot in the field of education.From the perspective of improving the relationship between teachers and students in colleges and universities,the practical path of life oriented education is explored in this paper.On the one hand,the concept of life oriented education regulates the relationship between teachers and students from the practical level of the requirements.On the other hand,a certain behavior must be supported by a certain idea.The lack of the concept of life oriented education has been seen in the analysis of the present situation of the relationship and life conflict between teachers and students.It is the logical starting point to reveal the relationship between teachers and students and the related concepts of life oriented education.On this basis,the conceptual framework of life oriented education is analyzed deeply-life oriented education regards life as natural life,spiritual life and social life.The principle of life education embodied in the whole process of education at the starting point of fear of life,the process of life,the results of cultivating the whole moral life.This paper analyzes the current situation of the relationship between teachers and students from the perspective of life oriented education,and analyzes the relationship between sociology,culture and philosophical roots from the perspective of the relationship between teacher and student.As a prerequisite,methods to build a relationship between the students and teachers of the "life communication style" to relive the concept of life oriented education is put forward in this paper.The first thing that needs to be clear is that the relationship between teachers and students lies in the equality of the teachers and students,the intimacy of emotion,the dialogue and sharing in the process of communication,and the symbiosis of the development results.Under the premise of this position,and then from the concept level,teaching practice level and long-term system of protection of the three dimensions open up the practice of life oriented education practice path.It is pointed out that life-type teachers should built up to awaken teachers' awareness and respect for life,to view knowledge rationally,to change from focusing on knowledge to focusing on life wisd om.Teachers see education as a "feeling" rather than a simple "career".Students and teachers "love" each other and they expand openness in the process of communication.The traditional "authority" consciousness should be rejected in teaching practice teaching to advocate personalized teaching.In terms of teaching evaluation,more attention should be paid to educating people.Based on the system and people,a long-term development mechanism should be built to encourage teachers and students to closely contact,to promote the students and rebirth of the teacher's mutual coexistence,to truly practice the concept of life education and to promote the quality of personnel training.
