The research shows that preconception has great impact on learning scientific concept due to its stubborn and not be changed easily.Therefore,it's necessary for teacher to explore the existence of the preconception of students,and then take the appropriate teaching strategies to promote students' conceptual change.the existence of the preconception about "Photosynthesis" theme of domestic research is to explore the existence of misconception after learning Photosynthesis,and probing of the existence of the preconception about "Photosynthesis" theme before learning is less.For what strategies to adopt to promote students' conceptual change,through reading a lot of literature,the author found that argumentation teaching can promote students' conceptual change and establish scientific concepts.To this end,the author carried out the following research.First of all,the author explore the preconception about "photosynthesis" theme of high school students through the two-tier multiple choice instrument.Secondly,analyzing the existence of the preconception level about photosynthesis and the reasons for its formation according to survey results.At the same time,access to a large number of argumentative teaching literature,and establishing the argumentative teaching model based on preconception change.Finally,The author uses the established demonstration teaching model to implement the conceptual change teaching for the preconception about photosynthesis.In order to explore whether the argumentative teaching model can effectively promote the transformation of students' preconception.Studies have shown that students have a large number of preconception in the"photosynthesis" theme.Analyzes the reason of its forms are:life experience,existing knowledge,cognitive ability and the one-sided understanding of concept.Based on the preconception of photosynthesis teaching practice research,the result shows that argumentation teaching can promote students' conceptual change and establish the correct scientific concept.
