Classroom teaching is playing a quite important part in teaching.The system of evaluation is the key to promoting students all-round improvement,and classroom teaching evaluation is the most crucial in the evaluation system.Evaluation language is one of the most important tool to arouse the enthusiasm of students,especially has the extremely important significance in terms of encouraging students to learn actively.Therefore,in the process of junior high school education,evaluation language gives full play to the important role of the effective assessment to cultivate students' interest in English learning,and promote comprehensive development of students' language ability,and it is one of the ways to improve the teaching effectively.This study aims to find the current situation of teachers' evaluation talk in junior high English class through making classroom observations,questionnaire and interviews among 200 students and 30 English teachers,which 9 English teachers are from Jintang Pingqiao School and 21 English teachers from Gaoban School.It analyzes the problems existing in junior high English teachers' evaluation talk,and puts forward some strategies to improve junior high English teachers' evaluation talk.The study results show that teachers exceedingly evaluate knowledge a lot,but hardly even ignore to evaluate students' learning ability or learning attitude sometimes.After analyzing the research results,the researcher finds out that the problems are mainly caused by teachers' misconception of education and teachers' lack of self-improvement awareness.He also gets some pedagogical implications to solve these problems.
