With the deepening of education reform,people raised higher and higher requirement to the teaching quality,and teachers as the main body,promote the teaching quality improvement of play an important role in improving teaching quality.In big strides,the current education reform requires teachers of idea and behavior should also keep pace with The Times,the traditional isolation type way of teachers' work has been difficult to adapt to today's society,“Teachers cooperation”happens in the background of educational reform."Teachers collaboration" has become a hot topic in the field of education for decades.But it is a sigh that the idea of "teacher cooperation" has long been proposed,in the actual teaching activities,to carry out cooperation activities between teachers is very limited,the present status of the elementary school teachers' cooperation is not optimistic.Class as a case study in the development of education idea,on the whole,in the development of the past,in promoting teachers' professional level,improve the teaching quality of education has played an important role.Lesson study the implementation of each link all need cooperation between teachers,its effect is closely related to teachers' cooperation level,etc.To delve into the role of case study in class,the teacher cooperation research and teaching of teachers' role in promoting cooperation,selected to Yuhong primary school of Julu County in Hebei province to study the academic status of elementary school teachers' cooperative teaching.This study divided into five parts: introduction,mainly to the research origin,research significance,research status at home and abroad,and expounds the research methods,Chapter 1,the basic theory of training teachers' cooperative teaching and the related concepts,and the theoretical foundation and the study about the core concept is defined;Chapter 2,study design,mainly discusses the selection of object of study,the determination of research topics and specific ideas of research;Chapter 3,the implementation,mainly through the analysis of classroom teaching activities,improvement measures are put forward.Chapter 4,Aiming at some problems of primary school teachers in the cooperative lesson discussion and suggestions for improvement.
