| Education is a systematic project,nine-year of compulsory educating is a basic education,rural primary school education is the basic and important part of the rural education.In recent years,the teaching situation in rural areas gradually get people’s attention.But the village teacher’s living conditions are not improved at the same time.In some poor areas,village education is facing the grim situation of losing teachers.This essay is about the stability of village teachers,finding ways to solve the problem.It is an important and significant way for developing the rural basic education.First of all,the basic situation of rural teachers in Dongyuan county is grasped by means of collecting materials.Then,from the number of the loss of teacher’s age,title,education,discipline background and so on,combined with the satisfaction survey,we analysis the current situation of the stability of teachers in Dongyuan County.The number of teachers is insufficient,the level of education and the loss of excellent teachers is serious.These problems are restricting the stable development of the teachers in Dongyuan county.Secondly,combined with the classification of Hertz Berg’s two factor theory,we find out that low wages as one of hygiene factors and heavy work as one of the incentives factors.If we can’t deal with these factors,it is difficult to improve teachers’ teaching motivation.Therefore,this study from school,education and administrative departments to seek hygiene and incentive measures.In school,the countermeasures of hygiene factors are to optimize the teachers’ resources,improving the living conditions and setting up the funds for the development of teachers;In terms of motivation,effective evaluation mechanism and teacher development plan should be formulated.Setting up special funds for teacher development is one of the effective incentive measures for education administration department.Through the case on the structure of rural teachers in a county,from the point to the whole area,we can inspect the structural characteristics of rural teachers in the whole Guangdong province.Hope this paper can be used as a reference for the rural teachers in similar areas. |
