A Study On The Application Of Project Management In College Students' Mental Health Education In The Network Age

Nowadays,the network characterized by its convenience and hyperspace is changing and influencing college students' life,learning and even the way of thinking.It brings rich knowledge and entertainment to college students,but also causes ideological and mental adverse effects on college students who are not able to control themselves and tell the difference between right and wrong,which results in a lot of mental problems.In the face of their complex mental problems,colleges and universities have to think how to take effective measures to solve the problems in college students' mental health education program in the Network Age immediately.Based on the background of the Network Age,through the analysis of the related theory about project management and college students' mental health education,this thesis figures out that project management accords with college students' mental health education on multiple levels,and points out the significance of the application of project management in college students' mental health education.Taking the mental health education in Yangtze University College of Arts and Sciences as an example,it suggests the problems existing in the college students' mental health education and causes of them in the Network Age through the application analysis of the mental health education of college students from the aspects of project element management and project process management.At the same time,combined with the actual situation of Yangtze University College of Arts and Sciences,this thesis proposes the solutions to the improvement of the project management ability of the mental health education for college students from five aspects: to build a green and healthy network environment,to standardize the scope and process of college students' mental health education,to integrate resources and form an educational force,to rationally use the network teaching method,and to construct the network of mental assistance for college students.The application of the project management theory to college students' mental health education will help to provide reference for mental health education for college students,which is of great practical significance to enhance the quality of college students' mental health.
