| School culture is the soul of a school,fundamentally reflect the school’s core values,which on the one hand to guide the direction of development of the school,on the other hand guide,regulate and optimize the behavior of students and teachers.It can be seen that the construction of school culture is very critical to the school.The principal is the main leader and manager of school development and cultural construction,with the primary responsibility.In the rapid development of schools and cultural construction,the principals how to establish the school school thinking,how to lead the school staff and staff to carry out school culture construction activities,its leadership activities,what characteristics of performance,how to upgrade themselves,these problems in-depth study,from the theory And practice two levels to enhance the level of education and management and quality.In this paper,the author chooses the three principals of two primary schools in Changchun as the research object,mainly uses the qualitative research method,collects and collates all kinds of information,interviews with the principal,and deeply analyzes their leadership behavior in constructing the school culture.It is found that the outstanding problems in the construction of school principals are: lack of systematic and complete;innovation,lack of inheritance;full copying,lack of characteristics;anxious,greedy and more.The main factors that restrict the leadership behavior of the principal are as follows: the observation of the original school culture;the ideology of the ideal culture;the execution of the school culture construction.In view of the above situation,the paper puts forward the improvement strategies of the principal behavior in the school culture construction,including strengthening the study and research,enhancing the comprehension,strengthening the reflection and cultivation,improving the internal driving force,strengthening the transformation and practice,and improving the operation force.School culture construction,the principal should adjust the behavior and continue to grow,to enhance the school teachers and students to understand and grasp the core values,and clearly construct ideas,a comprehensive integration of various resources,continuous self-adjustment,the school culture can fully meet their own The actual situation,conform to the development trend of the times. |
