As with the expansion of university enrollment in recent years,higher education has transferred from elite education to popular education in China.The problem of graduate unemployment has become a hot spot in society.In this thesis,the author analyzes the concept of employment quality,evaluation system and factors that influent the employment quality.It specifically referenced Li Jia’s evaluation system.By questionnaire,each index about employment quality of college graduates of social work in Beijing and influencing factors have been showed in this essay.In the end,the author has given her advices for improving the employment quality in three different aspects.The survey shows some results.Firstly,as for college graduates of social work in Beijing,the chart shows an upward trend of the first job’s quality,while the opposite trend of the current job’s quality.And paired test shows the score of present job is significant higher than the first one in statistic.Secondly,about the first job’s quality,there are significant differences in education background,school type,graduation years,education quality and company nature of employer.And current job shows significant differences in school type and graduation years.Relating to satisfaction,the mean is high both in first and current job,and the mean of current job is significant higher than the first job.College graduates of social work prefer to attribute the success of first job to their own human capital.And regression analysis shows three factors,educational background,school type and written examination score,contribute to the success of first job.
