With the thorough transformation of social economy and development,the dominant way of ideological and political education has gradually cannot satisfy the needs of middle school ideological and political education in the new period.Traditionally speaking,the dominant ideological and political education has given priority to the rote theory indoctrination,which used to and still now take a direct,and planned way to given letures to the students.The dominant way of education has a extremely specific purpose and its plan is perfectly thoughtful,thus the relationship between the educators and those being educated is outstanding,this type of education for middle school students can hardly help students put theory into practice,what's more,it is difficult for the students to get the core thoughts of the ideological and political theory,let alone make them the students' inner thoughts.If the ideological and political education of the middle school continue to be stuck in the mud,it is obviously unable to adapt to the requirements of the ideological and political education in the new era.In order to improve the methods of the middle school's ideological and political education,the Minstry of Education of China and its predecessor has issued a series of important documents which in different degrees emphasize that the implicit ways of the ideological and political education are of vital importance in middle school.Unfortunately,there are few schools which can meet the the requirements of different levels of the education administrative departments,the teachers are still giving lectures by using the dominant way to carry out the ideological and political education.Therefore,it is imperative to explore the new methods of ideological and political education to get an innovation and even a breakthrough.Recessive form of ideological and political education can be defined as the combination of the recessive form of education and the ideological and political education.Compared with other courses,the ideological and political education needs much more recessive education ways than others.However,due to various reasons,the ideological and political education in the middle schools has given the priority to the "indoctrination" type of dominant education all along,this pattern of education requires that the middle school students comprehend in a short period of time the teaching materials or the key points of the educators,so as to achieve the goal of education.Obviously,the main task of the traditional dominant education of ideological and political education is simplified as a single "preach" and "knowledge",only attach importance to regulate and guide the ideological and political work,but neglect to cultivate the students' personality and ability,and eventually make the ideological and political education function weakened or even disappear.Since ancient times,the Chinese eductors began paying attentions to the recessive forms of ideological and political education and its effect on the one hand,embodies in strengthening the rulers of the dominance of the governors,on the other hand also reflected in the the practice of education of the youth.Almost at the same time,the recessive ideological education were studied and welome in the western countries,and nowadays,the modern western theory of recessive ideological and political education has reached a new level after decades of development.Thus,to analyse the related theory and practice of the recessive forms of ideological and political education,and then dig out the regulations of the implicit forms will undoubtedly have important theoretical and practical significance.
