It has been more than 30 years since the establishment of the Tibetan Class(School)Inland in the mainland in1984,and the Tibetan Class of Nantong High school of Jiangsu Province which the author is working for has a history of 13 years.Along with the development of the Tibetan Classes Inland and the demand of improving teaching quality,many teaching problems to be solved gradually emerge.The teaching of high school history class teaching also has problems like fuzzy teaching mission,biased orientation,improper teaching strategy,and burden for teachers and students.Based on the Soviet educator Babanski’s teaching optimization theory and the requirement of new curriculum reform,this thesis expounds the optimization of history teaching in inland Tibetan class of high school in theory and practice,taking advantage of the lesson study of history teaching of the Tibetan Class of Nantong High school of Jiangsu Province.The research is carried out by using a questionnaire,which analyzes the background information of the Tibetan students including the culture background,historical literacy,learning interest,learning ability and habit,as well as the teaching evaluation.The results of the questionnaire reveal the potential and characteristics of the Tibetan students in history learning,and find out the main causes of unsuccessful academic achievements and learning difficulties.This research discusses the basic principles of optimization and the specific requirements and principles when applying Babanski’s teaching optimization criteria to the history teaching of inland Tibetan classes.According to the basic structure and the norm of history teaching process model,along with the lesson examples of history teaching in Tibetan classes,the research elaborates the application strategies of the optimization in classroom in detail,in the aspects of teaching design,teaching implementation and teaching evaluation.Focusing on the optimization of teaching management and teaching environment,this research also calls for improving teaching evaluation system,setting up the research platform to strengthen MinZuBan teacher training,and building harmonious class environment for Han and Tibetan cultures,with the idea of "putting people first".
