| Research purpose:Primary school period is critical to the healthy development of children’s body and mind,but in the background of examination oriented education system in our country,children’s physical health has declined year by year,most of the research results also show that regular exercise not on the academic performance of students have a negative impact.But from the domestic research results,mainly focused on physical training and academic achievement investigation,less in-depth experimental research,the mechanism of its impact is also less studied.Through the experimental study on influence of Cheerleading self-confidence and learning achievement of high school students,sports value can further study the cheerleading movement;can provide some theoretical and practical basis for adolescent psychology,but also expand on theoretical research in sports and psychological learning achievement.Many research results have proved that scientific,reasonable and healthy learning behavior can effectively improve students’ academic performance.Therefore,the study of this as the starting point,tries to reveal the cheerleading teaching experiment,cheerleading of self-confidence and learning achievement of high school students,provides a theoretical basis for enhancing the certain level of mental health and learning achievement of high school students.Research method:A total of 60 high school affiliated to Nanjing Normal University Yangtze high school students(including 30 as the experimental group,the control group of 30 people),by comparing before and after psychological confidence cheerleading training,using the method of questionnaire survey,aims to explore the cheerleading training effect on the confidence level and the academic achievement of high school students,and using statistical knowledge processing and analyzing experiment data.1 further on the five dimensions of confidence test data analysis concludes that cheerleading is more significant impact on confidence and confidence on the intelligence response(P<0.05),significant impact on interpersonal confidence on(P<0.01).But in the achievement self-confidence and the quality self-confidence,although has the improvement function,but not remarkable,in thirteen sub dimensions,the self-confidence level also has the remarkable difference before and after the teaching experiment.In the control group,the dimensions and sub dimensions were not significantly different,and the level of self-confidence did not change statistically.2 cheerleading training,the experimental group and the control group in the achievement self-confidence,coping with self-confidence and interpersonal confidence in these three aspects of significant differences,especially interpersonal self-confidence,the results showed that the difference was very significant(P<0.01).The sub dimensions,confidence level before and after the experiment between the experimental group and the control group also had significant differences,including confirmation,overall confidence overall positive and negative self three dimensions,professional confidence learning self-confidence,self-confidence of sports,physical health,action body material,instrument faces four dimensions and social self-confidence of the students another teacher and family two dimensions have significant differences(P<0.01),there are significant differences in language confidence,hands-on operation,looks tall three sub dimensions(P<0.05),to verify the cheerleading training on students’ confidence and improve the level of good effect.3,the experimental group than the control group,the results increased significantly,and there was significant difference.4 there was a very significant difference in math scores among boys with different confidence levels(P<0.01),and there were significant differences in Chinese and foreign languages(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the scores of foreign language and language scores among female students with different confidence levels(P<0.01),and there were significant differences in Mathematics(P<0.05).From the indicators of significant differences,it can be seen that female students with good self-confidence,especially in foreign language and language tests,scored higher than those with potential psychological problems.Conclusion:1 cheerleading exercises can effectively enhance the level of self-confidence of students2 scientific and reasonable exercise time and intensity have a good role in promoting academic performance,cheerleading exercise and academic achievement are positively related.3,there is a positive correlation between self-confidence and academic achievement.The more confident students are,the higher their academic achievement is. |
