“Young strong a country is strong,young wisdom is the wisdom.”A country’s teenagers are healthy,direct influence to the national physical quality,and teenagers as the center of the family,and the country’s future,therefore,adolescent health problem,is the national comprehensive strength of the event.And the health of teenagers is the most important link is the school sports teaching,therefore,only by constantly improve the quality of school physical education,to promote adolescent physical quality effectively.China’s current education,proverbs,and way of life there is a big error,many schools in pursuit of graduation rates and relax the physical education teaching,and even cancelled the PE and sports activities,this kind of situation,primary and middle school students health appeared serious problem,physical constitution appears evident in the downward trend,the high myopia rate at the same time,obesity was born everywhere,investigate its reason,and adolescent is keen on all kinds of network game,lack of exercise have a great relationship.Must cause the attention of the whole society,because it is about a generation of teenagers can healthy growth,the national population quality is the key factor,therefore,our country school sports is serious and urgent problem.So the sports teaching as a top priority,the development of campus sports,strengthen the younster health the most fundamental task for school physical education teaching.Our country made in December 2006 and launched the "national student sunshine sports" hundreds of millions,on campuses across the country,at the same time,the state council issued "the central committee of the communist party of China,the state council on strengthening youth sports to enhance teenagers’ opinions",this activity further defined in the file,put forward in order to get out of the classroom,students feelings of health movement in the sun,has prompted a nationwide to carry out the health benefits of youth sports.Research of this paper USES the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,interview method and mathematical analysis.On Quyang county of baoding city middle school sunlight sports development situation investigation,to the sunlight sports in the condition of relatively objective evaluation and analysis,finds out the factors which affect its development,and accordingly puts forward ideas and Suggestions to the development,effectively promote the school physical education and sports activities can keep pace with the development of The Times,to the development of students’ health and to lay a good foundation.The results show that:(1)Up to 58.4% of the students did not know the sunlight sports,thus it can be seen,the low social awareness of sunshine sports,propaganda work shortcomings.(2)Most of Quyang county of baoding city middle school is not in accordance with the provisions,establish relevant organization,the minority establish organization of the school is only a decoration,the lack of a clear division of labor,to bring into play the function of institutions effective.(3)The school sports venues and equipment shortcomings,can’t meet the demand of sunshine sports.At the same time the community and public resources are extremely insufficient,thus greatly limits the sunshine sports development.(4)The students like sports for all kinds of ball games,such as badminton,table tennis and so on,the students also like some new kind of sports activities,which requires teachers to carry out some more interesting sports activities.(5)In the way of Quyang county of baoding city middle school physical education teachers,according to the survey of the current student teacher ratio for each went 5,and asked to 1 0 standard gap is too big.At the same time also many for undergraduate teachers,physical education teachers cultivation and promotion of the probability is small,workload is big,but welfare is lower than other teachers.(6)56.87% of the students has the problem of insufficient exercise time,up to 86% of the schools are only in the related department to check,just to carry out the sunlight sports activities,thus,the education administrative departments at all levels of regulation also shortcomings,supervision of a formality,the lack of effective supervision and evaluation for a long time.(7)Due to the movement will inevitably produce some safety accidents,and schools lack the safety,and to reduce the movement time,cancel the confrontational sports practice,students’ interest in sports.
