The Study Of The Model Of Cross-border E-commerce Talents Cultivation In Colleges And Policy Suggestion

The approaching of the internet era has changed consumers' lifestyle as well as the way how corporates create value.Cross-border e-commerce is the practical application of the industry-internet thinking which combines internet,industry and international trade,leading to new growth space for foreign trade,and moreover,prompting the globalization of commodity and brand to be more flexible.For now,our nation remains at the forefront of the building of the cross-border e-commerce platform,however,the talent cultivation for cross-border e-commerce is lagging behind.In the meantime,the specialty construction in our colleges still needs more improvement.The 13 th five year plan suggests optimize the layout of colleges' specialties and courses as well as talent cultivation mechanism,encouraging colleges to push integration of producing and teaching,cooperation of colleges and companies.The cultivation of talent for cross-border e-commerce in colleges is desperately in need of establishing systematic training mode guided by policy,ease the pressure on talent supply,and therefore,improving the cross-border e-commerce industry's development.This article mainly focuses on the construction of cultivation model of cross-border e-commerce talents in colleges and also the cultivation policy.In the meantime,it explores the basic concepts and related theory,which this study based on.Furthermore,the article also tries to analyze the current status of the cultivation of cross-border e-commerce talents in colleges,the problems of talents capability quality,education and teaching as well as cultivation policy.Then the study uses the methods of behavior incident interviewing and questionnaire survey for the construction of model of competency quality of cross-border e-commerce talents in colleges,dividing the dimensions of the capability quality by identifying the principal components.Next,constructing cultivation model from four tiers of classes system,teaching designing,internship practice and evaluation mechanism based on model of cross-border e-commerce talents capability quality.Finally,the study comes up with specific suggestions from two levels of macroscopic government-dominant policy and microcosmic policy practice main body policy.
