The Study On The Lack Of Urban Sports Public Space In ChangSha Metropolis Under The Background Of National Fitness

As a spatial carrier of urban residents' participation in sports,objectively speaking,the lack of urban sports public space has become the main reason leading to the shortage of the majority of the residents in our country.To this end,there are some application research approaches of author: document research,expert interviews,field investigation,logical analysis,theoretical deductive method and questionnaire survey,which apply the survey to the urban population distribution in Chang Sha area.According to the investigation of the urban sports venues,squares,community sports public space,parks Green space and other urban sports public space planning,layout,construction,space using frequency,and satisfaction and so on,obtaining that public space in urban sports in Chang Sha metropolis can not meet the demand of urban sports participants: First.The urban venues layout of Chang Sha metropolis is unreasonable and the resources radiation is uneven range.Second.The utilization rate of urban sports venues,squares,community sports public space,urban parks and other urban sports public space in Chang Sha metropolis is low.Third.The policies and regulations related to urban sports public space in Chang Sha.metropolis are not perfect.In view of the above conclusions,the author gives the following suggestions:First.give consideration to both "fairness" and "efficiency",and rationally plan and layout the construction of urban sports public space.Second.overall planning,reasonable guidance,effectively improve the use efficiency of urban sports public space.Third.to promote the Changsha region to speed up the improvement of urban sports public space related laws and regulations,and effectively protect the relevant rights and interests of urban sports public space.
