Purposes: In order to prepare for national championship and the thirteenth national games,promote the scientific training level,improve the achievement of athletes,the key female athletes of Shaanxi province were conducted scientific research and services.Understanding the variation features of physiological and biochemical indicators,function of athletes,and the adaptability to exercise load in different training stages through monitoring function both in winter training and in pre-match period,for helping coach to promote scientific training level,ensure the health of athletes,and provide a protection for achieving excellent results.Methods: In this study,six of outstanding female athletes in Shaanxi province will focus on the study,monitoring the athlete's training,physiological and biochemical indicators from the winter trainingg to pre-match preparation period(2015-12-1~2016-6-1).The test conclude: body shape(height,weight,BMI,body composition);function and quality(aerobic and anaerobic metabolism capacity,pulmonary function,and reaction time);biochemical indicator(Bla,T,C,CK,BUN,routine blood,urine ten).The test time were before and after winter training,and before match,respectively(3 times).SPSS statistical software was used to carry out for the experimental data,and the method of Paired-sample T test will be used with a significant level of P<0.05.Results(1)body composition: compared to the test results before winter training,body weight decreased remarkably(P<0.01),lean mass increased significantly(p<0.05)after winter training;and body weight decreased significantly(p<0.05),lean mass increased remarkably(P<0.01)in pre-match period;compared to the test results after winter training,both body weight and BMI decreased significantly(p<0.05)in pre-match period.For the key member Lui,both body weight and BMI decreased,but the lean body mass increased.(2)Reaction time: both pre-match period and after winter training,reaction time decreased significantly(p<0.05);compared to the result after winter training,FEV% in pulmonary function increased remarkably(P<0.01)in pre-match period.For the key member Lui,reaction time was slower,but FEV% increased.(3)Anaerobic power: there was no significant difference on a whole.For the key member Lui,the maximum power and mean power in anaerobic power had little changes,but the revolving speed became faster.(4)Maximal oxygen uptake: there was no significant difference on a whole.Compared to the results after winter training,AT-VO2' absolute value(ml/min)decreased significantly(p<0.05),and AT-VO2' relative value(ml/min)increased remarkably(P<0.01)in pre-match period.For the key member Lui,maximal oxygen uptake was relatively stable in both pre-match period and after winter training.(5)Biochemical indicator: there was no significant difference on a whole.For the key member Lui,the normal reference range of T(testosterone)(8.4-48ng/dl)decreased,but urinary protein values was higher.Concludes:(1)Athletes have a good result in controlling body weight as a whole.The key athletes have gained the target of reducing body weight before the match,maintains the lean body mass to the greatest extent(or the lean body mass increased),and keeps in good fitness.(2)The reaction time of athletes increased significantly as a whole,which reflects that the specific speed of athletes increased.Forced expiratory volume in one second increased significantly,which reflects that athlete's contract velocity of respiratory muscle has improved.(3)Both aerobic and anaerobic metabolism capacity have no significant decrease while reducing body weight,which means both phosphagen system and glycolytic system of athletes were preserves to the greatest extent.(4)There was no significant difference in biochemical indicator of athletes,which indicates that athletes had a good adaptability to training load without over fatigue and injure.And found male hypoandrogenisim through biochemical monitoring for key athletes during reducing body weight;adjusted athlete's status through supplement nutrition and adjust training load,which playing a protective role in achieving excellent performance.
