The Study On The Specialization Of Home Economics Teachers In Higher Vocational Colleges

The quality of teachers is an important criterion to measure the quality of teaching in higher vocational colleges.However,at present,China's higher vocational education is still in the period of growth.Most of the specialized development of teachers in higher vocational colleges are macroscopic research,and more specific research is very few.At the same time,the rise of the domestic industry also led to the development of domestic vocational education,but because of the particularity of the domestic industry,in the higher vocational education,the development of the domestic field can not keep up with the development of the industry,especially for domestic teachers,And less.Which led to the lack of professional development theory of domestic teachers in higher vocational colleges,the quality of teachers can not keep up with the development of teachers,the development of teachers is not perfect.This research is based on the housekeeping professional of vocational colleges,and investigates teachers of some housekeeping vocational colleges and teachers in housekeeping vocational colleges.The scientific research methods are used to sort out and analyze the collected data.As well as to summarizes the problems existing in the professional development of domestic teachers in higher vocational colleges,such as the lack of professional knowledge of housekeeping teachers.The teachers are lack of relevant professional skills and lack of professional qualifications.Schools haven't really support specialized development of housekeeping,and teachers emphasis the theory of housekeeping teaching but ignore the practice.According to these problems,their causes are analyzed.Finally,according to these problems,the government should strengthen the support and work of the government from the aspects of policies and regulations,financial support,improve the qualification of domestic teachers,strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises,increase publicity efforts.Vocational colleges should deepen their understanding of housekeeping professional,enhance the ability to build the discipline of housekeeping put the efforts to create an academic atmosphere,improve the training system;meanwhile the housekeeping teachers ought to play the main role to explicit developing goals in this career,a clear career development goals,take the initiative to participate in training learning and other four aspects of the measures to rationally promote the professionalization of vocational college teachers in the scientific and effective development.
