| The problem of teachers’ knowledge is the basic problem of Educational Research,and the teachers’ pedagogical content knowledge is the core of teachers’ knowledge,so the research on teachers’ pedagogical content knowledge will be beneficial to the teachers’ professional development.From the perspective of the current situation of the research on teachers’ pedagogical content knowledge,most of them are concentrated in the economically developed areas,what is the current situation of the development of PCK? How to develop the teachers’ PCK better? Therefore,the main content of this study is to solve these two problems.Based on the questionnaire and interview,this paper investigates the current situation of PCK development of 106 high school mathematics teachers in a poor county in Guangdong Province.Then analyzes the existing problems,and finally puts forward the development of strategy.Firstly,After investigation we found that the areas of better economic and educational environment,high school mathematics teachers use more external factors to obtain PCK,but the areas of relatively poor economic and educational environment,the high school mathematics teachers have less access to obtain PCK by external factors,It is mainly based on internal factors such as "research textbooks and coaching books","teaching reflection" to obtain PCK and promote the development of PCK.Secondly,through the analysis of the status quo,we found that there are problems in the development of high school mathematics teachers’ PCK in poor areas :(1)There is no scientific reflection method,mainly is self reflection and reflections when problems arise;(2)Post teachers’ training is formalized,there is no substantive effect;(3)A lot of organized professional activities of the school is not very good implementation;(4)Teachers’ professional development consciousness is weak,they are satisfied with the existing state of affairs and reluctant to move forward;(5)Teachers’ teaching methods are old and single,Mainly is lecture method.Finally,based on the problems and puts forward the strategy for development:(1)the strategy based on the internal factors,including the "scientific reflection","Strengthen their professional awareness"," Enrich andupdate their own teaching methods";(2)the strategy based on the external factors including " the importance of school leadership","the establishment of a more perfect teacher training and incentive mechanism ";(3)The last one is the combination of internal and external development strategy — " Action learning "... |
