| The new generation of migrant workers has been the main labor recourse in China’s urban labor market.The training and education to increase their human capital is very crucial to the successful adjustment and upgrade of the industrial structure.This thesis,targeting at the present training situations of the new generation of migrant workers in adult institutions of higher education,focuses on analyzing the roles of government,adult institutions of higher education,companies,the new generation of migrant workers in the process of training,and also makes suggestions to improve the theoretical system of adult education for the new generation of migrant workers and to discuss on how to explore the new ways to operate this training in the adult institutions of higher education.The thesis is made up of six chapters.The first chapter introduces the current situation and development trend of the researches for the new generation of migrant workers’ training at home and aboard and outlines the background and significance of the research.The research content,research significance and research method are also mentioned in this section.The second chapter explains the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of the research.The third chapter describes a survey on training of new generation of migrant workers in adult institutions of higher learning in Ningbo,China.In this part,the thesis lays out the current situation of training programs including basic conditions and training mode in adult institutions of higher learning in Ningbo.The fourth chapter investigates the participating problems of adult institutions of higher learning in the training,discussing the relationship among adult institutions of higher learning,government,enterprise and migrant workers,sums up six problems and analyses the relevant factors.The fifth chapter is to lay out the advanced experiences in 3 foreign countries including America,Japan and Germany and use for reference on the aspects of legislation,training mode,financing,training content and the authentication of the training results.The sixth chapter proposes some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the work of adult institutions of higher learning in Ningbo for the new generation of migrant workers’ training by interacting with government,enterprise and the new generation of migrant workers. |
