Social rapid development speed on the talent requirements makes the competition between talents is the competition of knowledge reserve,only no longer have to compete other than knowledge,in non-intelligence factors such as individual will.Facts have proven that in the cause of almost all successful people have a strong will quality,and will quality weak even with high IQ,also not necessarily can succeed.This tells us will grow up to the person has the very vital significance.Teenagers will quality of weak in our country has always been a concern by people,how to cultivate their will quality,has been exploring related scholars.In this paper,using the method of documentary,investigation,mathematical statistics to research.Through will quality scale of climbing a month,half a year,at least one year of junior middle school students and the lack of participation of junior middle school students will quality test for rock climbing movement will quality score,the contrast between the will quality score for rock climbing can affect the character of junior middle school students,and tries to explain how the rock climbing will affect its quality enhancement.Survey,climbing group of junior high school students will quality scoring average in "toughness","decisiveness","independence" and "self-discipline" four dimensions with the rock climbing in the group of the will of the quality of significant differences between the mean score(p < 0.05),rock climbing higher average total score of junior middle school students will not rock climbing average total score of junior high school students will quality,and between has significant difference(p < 0.05),rock climbing may shape the influence of junior high school students will quality.In "toughness","independence" on the two dimension scores,climbing for at least a year than climbing a month group and there were significant differences(p < 0.05);In "the decisiveness","self-control" dimension scores and "total" on,climbing for at least a year,rock climbing,half year group respectively with climbing group there were significant differences between a month(p < 0.05),and the mean score as rock increase with the increase of the length of time.Participate in rock climbing,the longer the time may be stronger influence on the quality of junior high school students will.Rock climbing junior high school girl with the rock climbing junior high school girl in will resilience dimension,decisiveness,dimension,independence dimension,self-control dimension and have significant difference in average total score;Climbing a junior high school boys with the rock climbing between junior high school boys only in character exist significant differences in the dimension of decisiveness.Suggest that instruction in junior high school students for rock climbing,should pay attention to cultivate their interest in climbing,encourage them to join to this project for a long time,only insist on climbing,for they will quality will have a significant impact.At the same time,still have to pay attention to gender differences,according to their actual situation.
