Objective: It is only for the physical education teachers to appreciate,explore and reflect their duties and significance in the practice of education,and to further stimulate the inner development aspirations and self-consciousness of the physical education teachers so as to provide a guarantee for the smooth development of China's sports curriculum reform.The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of PE teachers' professional identity in Henan Province,to explore the differences between demographic statistics variables,and to explore the factors that can promote the professional identification of PE teachers in middle schools in Henan Province,The Strategy of PE Teachers' Professional Identity in Henan Province.Methods: Uses the method of documents and materials in the reform of basic education in China and the status of teachers' education development and teachers' professional identity research is analyzed,and combining the present situation of regional culture in Henan province and under the \ "rise of central China\" plan of the present situation of the development,adhere to the objective facts,from set out actually,the theoretical research,investigation and study,and the results of field research in combination with each other,through the middle school PE teachers' professional identity scale for middle school physical education teachers in Henan province on the demographic variables is analyzed,the difference of the reduction in Henan province,the present situation of middle school PE teachers' professional identity,seek to promote its development strategy,to the improvement of the professional quality of middle school physical education teachers in Henan province and the deepening of education reform in our country,has a positive theoretical significance and reference value.Conclusion: According to the data analysis,(1)the overall level of vocational recognition of physical education teachers in Henan Province is higher.But in the professional identity of the value of identity factors,emotional identity factors,competency factor,persistence factor and input identity factor to reflect the phenomenon of uneven.The highest score on the value factor,the lowest score on the persistence factor.(2)there is no obvious gender difference in the professional identification of physical education teachers in Henan province.(3)There are significant differences in the degree of occupational recognition among secondary school PE teachers with different diplomas.The overall trend is that the lower the level of education,the lower the level of professional identity and its factors.The level of teacher 's educational achievement is significantly higher than that of college educated teachers.The level of teacher' s ability of graduate students and undergraduates is significantly higher than that of tertiary education teachers.(4)The level of physical education teachers in the secondary schools of the city was significantly higher than that of the secondary schools in the township.Significant differences were found in value identity factors,affective identity factors and persistence factors.Suggestions:(1)make full use of the role of the example,establish the expert secondary school physical education teachers and key teachers in the professional,teaching,scientific research on the banner of the banner for the majority of young teachers to establish development goals,learning example,progress.(2)according to local conditions,individualized.Henan Province,large land area,population base is also large,uneven distribution of resources,in such a limited condition should be fully play the existing resources,make use of its best use of the most limited resources to develop endless possibilities,One of them is the school-based curriculum,based on the school's own geographical characteristics,resource characteristics,traditional cultural characteristics of rich campus life.(3)take the initiative to occupy the network and from the media information technology platform,the use of this breakthrough area of the exchange platform for different regions of secondary school physical education teachers to establish a strong academic atmosphere,high level of skills,information-rich cooperation between teachers,platform.(4)to increase the teacher system,soften the title of the promotion of hard targets,to deepen the balanced development of urban and rural oriented,narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas.(5)to purify the campus environment,remove the prejudice against the physical education teachers,and gradually eliminate the impact of the traditional thinking of the examination-oriented education,the development of quality education,cultivate moral and intellectual development of new talents.
