Under The Thinking Of The Internet Amateur Football Club Management And Operation Research

Amateur football club,as an amateur football organization of our country,has a large number of participants,which is an important symbol of the development of football industry in a region,a city,or even a country.At the same time,the popularity of the network is getting higher and higher today,the Internet thinking has been developed from the traditional marketing tools to the organization's management level,is the future development trend of China's organization and management.Therefore,how to manage the Internet thinking and China's Amateur Football Club combined with the formation of scientific and effective management and innovation is the development of football industry,become an important research topic to become a football powerhouse.This study adopts interview method,literature method,comparative analysis of the situation of management research method and case method to Changzhi Rangers amateur football club as the research object to study and analysis,find out the thinking in the Internet application before the existing problems in the management of the camp,and thinking of the Internet application after management improved,compared to a good reference for other small amateur football club in china.The following conclusions are drawn through the study:(1)Changzhi Rangers amateur football club before thinking of the Internet application,existing management system is not perfect,the organization structure is not clear,the lack of club management,recruitment,single sources of funds and less stable and organized activities difficult issues such as the operation and management of the club.(2)Changzhi Rangers amateur football club through the application of joining network management office platform,set up network platfor,open network communication platform for propaganda and participation in the external network platform about ball and other ways to support the Internet thinking.(3)Changzhi Rangers amateur football club on the Internet thinking after the application,the management problems of the club has been improved,including the relationship between the management system more transparent and more flat organizational structure,the club personnel more closely,but also increased the widening,the network to recruit the sources of funds and strengthen with other amateur football club,to facilitate the activities of the organization.(4)Changzhi Rangers amateur football club in the city compared with other amateur football clubs,through the use of the Internet platform,management more standardized,funding sources,wider member relationship more closely and the higher degree of social concern.(5)Through the comparison of Changzhi Rangers and amateur football club Internet thinking application management situation analysis,thinking that the Internet is suitable for our amateur football club management activities.
