Under the trend of developing vocational education and quality education,private universities are more likely to improve the quality and skills because of its flexible mechanism,connecting with the market and strong professional guidance and other characteristics.As a result,private universities occupy a more and more important position in the high level education.However,due to its late development,the backward overall level of management,the frequent loss of senior teachers and the low level of satisfaction of teachers,private universities have the bottleneck problem of the upgrading of human resources and the accumulation of talents,which is becoming the most critical problem.The analysis of talent attraction relates to the construction of high quality teachers.Based on the research results of teacher turnover,this paper puts forward the factors of teachers’ loss in private colleges as well as the attraction evaluation system,including five aspects: teacher’s salary,welfare,promotion,sense of belonging and career attractiveness.In this paper,we took SF College as the research object,analyzed the reasons for the loss of excellent teachers and the difference of individual statistical characteristics in the cause of loss,and adopted the methods of questionnaire and interview to analyze the results.Factor analysis in principal component analysis was used to explore the loss of private college teachers,and the five factors can explain this phenomenon,namely,the workload,occupation development,stable work,salary and job preferences.We established a strong operational attractiveness evaluation model,including 5 first level indicators and 17 second level indicators,determined the weight of the index system with the analytic hierarchy process to point out the factors that should be paid attention to,and finally put forward the measures to develop the talents of private universities from the two perspectives of the state and private schools.This paper deeply studied the current shortage of talent management strategy in private universities,and further drew out the common factors of talent loss,which provided a reference for brain drain warning.And we designed an attractiveness evaluation model,which can provide an important reference for private universities to attract talents and is of practical significance to promote the upgrading of talent management in private universities.
