The purposes of this study: this study through the study of the 14 weeks moderate intensity aerobic exercise intervention of obese students and normal students.It means to analyze the change of each index conditions before and after the exercise among the body build subjects(body weight,BMI,body fat rate,waistline,hip circumference,waist hip ratio,waist height ratio),blood glucose(FBG),blood lipid(TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C),insulin,and serum Hcy,LP(a),then explore and research whether it has an influence on blood serum Hcy,LP(a)index and related risk factors of cardiovascular disease index.And the purpose is to evaluate weather it has important significance to prevent and improve obesity risk of cardiovascular disease after aerobic exercise intervention.The methods of this study: According to the standard of obesity published by domestic Chinese obesity group(WGOC)in the China adult overweight and obesity prevention and control guide,in 2006.And selecting several students whose body mass index(BMI)is greater than or equal to 28(BMI?28)through the physique test of the freshmen in the East China jiaotong university.After the exclusion of secondary obesity,according to the principle of voluntary collected 27 people attending physique health promotion class(19 boys and girls 8)as experimental group,in addition,collected to 13 freshmen whose body mass index(BMI)is greater than or equal to 18 but less tan or equal to 24(18 ?BMI? 24)(6 boys and 7 girls)as a normal control group with physical health promotion class.We made a moderate intensity aerobic exercise for 14 weeks(five times a week and an hour each time)between the experimental group and the control group.And made a test of each index at the movement before and after the exercise which is under the same condition of the subjects' body shape index(body weight,BMI,body fat rate,waistline,hip circumference,waist hip ratio,waist height ratio),blood glucose(FBG),blood lipid(TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C),insulin,and serum Hcy,LP(a).And analyzed the mathematical statistics with SPSS18.0 statistical software.The results of the study:(1)after 14 weeks aerobic exercise,the experimental group students' body weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,body fat rate had a significant decline(P ? 0.01);the decline of the average reduction of systolic blood pressure was significant(P?0.01),and the vital capacity index,F.cardiac heart function had a significant rise(P ? 0.01);sugar,lipid metabolism and insulin indicators,FBG,TC,LDL-C,FINS,HOMA-IR had a significant decline(P ?0.01),HDL-C had a significant rise(P?0.01).,The body fat rate,waist circumference,hip circumference of the college students in the control group were significantly decreased(P ? 0.05);the index of lung capacity,F.cardiac heart function of body function index had a significant rise(P?0.01);Sugar,lipid metabolism and insulin indicators,FBG,TC,LDL-C were decreased significantly(P?0.01),the level of HDL-C increased significantly,but the level of FINS and HOMA-IR has certain degree of decline,but not statistically significant.(2)After 14 weeks aerobic exercise,we had achieved a remarkable decline in the level of serum Hcy,LP(a)between the experimental group and the control group(P ?0.01),there was no significant difference on the level of Hcy and LP(a)before the excercise between the experimental group and the control group.However,there was still no significant difference on the level of Hcy between the two groups after the excercise,but there there was significant difference on the level LP(a)between the two groups after the excercise.Conclusion:(1)14 weeks aerobic exercise can effectively reduce the obese students and normal students' BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,body fat rate,improve body shape.(2)14 weeks aerobic exercise can be effective control of blood pressure of obesity college students,improve the level of body function and improve the level of cardiopulmonary endurance.(3)14 weeks aerobic exercise can make a signifacant decline on the index of blood sugar FBG,blood lipids TC,LDL-C and insulin resistance,a significant rise in the level of HDL-C,improve the blood lipid status of normal university students and promote the obese students to be more healthy.(4)14 weeks aerobic exercise can reduce the level of serum Hcy and Lp(a)for obesity and normal students,and it also can effectively reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease for obese college students in the future.
