| In recent years,with the cooperation of Thai government and Chinese government,it has opened Chinese course in most of the Thai senior high schools and Chinese is also one of Thailand’s college entrance examination subjects.Nowadays,Chinese teaching in Thailand senior high schools is in full swing,but has been gradually emerging a few problems,which one of them is Chinese classroom management,as many Chinese teachers reflected that it is not an easy matter.The author used one-year experience in Chinese teaching in Thailand,and issued 41 teachers’ questionnaires to Chinese teachers in Thailand’s senior high school.By this way,I can know what they encountered in Chinese class teaching in the senior high school in Thailand.Based on these questionnaires,author analyzes present Chinese classroom management problems and reasons.In addition,author interviewed four teachers who also taught Chinese in senior high school in Thailand.By combining with my and other Chinese teacher’s experience,author will put forward a few effective strategies.This paper makes a detailed introduction on Chinese classroom management in Thailand’s senior high school,knowing that at present Chinese teacher volunteers on classroom management in Thailand high school exists the following problems: students in high school learns Chinese lacking of motivation;a lot of problems of classroom behavior in Thailand high school;Thai skill of teachers is weak;classroom management experience of teacher is not proper.And five aspects including the difference of social values between Thailand and China,the weakness of influence of Chinese culture,teachers,students and environment carry on the analysis and then put forward the three strategies: firstly,teachers should improve their ability of Thai;secondly,it is to know students and change teaching methods;thirdly,teachers should read relevant books and ask other teachers for help. |
