With the development of economy,the demand of Higher Vocational and technical talents is higher and higher,which requires not only higher vocational students to have exquisite professional skills,but also requires students to have good professional quality and socialcapability.Higher vocational colleges have been carrying out various reforms in order to cultivate high-level professionals with comprehensive qualities,while the current situation is that the students trained by vocational colleges can not meet the needs of enterprises completely.To solve this problem,we need to pay more attention to training students’ socialcapability,socialcapability connotation,in-depth study of the essence and status of higher vocational students,and improve the students’ socialcapability to meet the needs of enterprises.Therefore,this paper focuses on higher vocational students,through the integration of domestic and foreign research achievements on the connotation of the socialcapability of higher vocational students and combine their own thinking,define and interpret the essence of the socialcapability of higher vocational students,improve the social capability of college students by questionnaire and interview index,outline,studies the present situation of higher vocational colleges to cultivate students’ socialcapability and the existing problems and analyze the causes of the Countermeasures of cultivating socialcapability of higher vocational college students are given.The cultivation of Vocational College Students’ socialcapability of students’ development,improve the students’ employment rate and has an important meaning to improve the quality of higher vocational talents training therefore has profound theoretical significance and practical significance to research the problem of socialcapability of Higher Vocational students.The innovation of this paper lies in: first,focus,starting from the connotation and characteristics of higher vocational students,expounds the socialcapability of higher vocational college students;second,empirical research attention research methods,research by questionnaire and interview.This paper is divided into five parts,the specific research contents are as follows.The first chapter mainly expounds the research background,research significance,research content,research ideas and methods of Higher Vocational Students’ socialcapability training.The second chapter explains the socialcapability of Higher Vocational students.Mainly explains the connotation of the social skills of higher vocational students and the nature of the situation,the socieal development ability of higher vocational college students,occupation and the effect of the four characteristics,improve the construction of model and index system of the socialcapability of Higher Vocational students.The third chapter is the investigation of Higher Vocational Students’ socialcapability.Mainly elaborated the investigation object’s distribution,the questionnaire design,the questionnaire data statistics and the analysis;the interview outline design and the analysis;the higher vocational student socialcapability raise extant question and the attribution analysis.The fourth chapter is countermeasures for the cultivation of Higher Vocational Students’ socialcapability.Mainly combined with the third chapter of Higher Vocational Students’ socialcapability problems and attribution analysis,from teachers,students and schools of the three main body,give the training of Higher Vocational Students’ socialcapability suggestions and measures.The fifth chapter is conclusion and deficiency.This chapter summarizes the thesis,points out the innovation of the paper,and points out the shortcomings of the paper objectively.
