| Along with constant development of economy,more and more parents get willing to invest in their child’s study.Additionally,the students are always under too much pressure due to the national college entrance examination,so more and more high school students sign up for extra-curricular tutorial classes.Since many students think that they are poor at mathematics,in most training institutions,high school students who choose mathematics are far more than the students who choose other subjects.In recent years,training institutions have come into bud throughout the country,and they constantly extend to more and more cities.Nevertheless,as the training institutions run rampant,the tutorial quality severely degrades.Originally,extra-curricular tutorial classes have lots of advantages.It is able to satisfy the demands of students with different factors,such as different stages,different achievements,different interests,etc.But many students neglect these original advantages of extra-curricular tutorial classes,and they don’t make the most of these advantages.So many students can not guarantee the improvements of students’ achievement.This article takes some typical one-on-one courses and one-on-many courses for examples.With the theory of differentiating instruction as a basis,I analyze the current situation of high school math teaching in training institutions by means of document research,classroom observation,interview and so forth.In these ways,I find out some problems both in teacher’s teaching and student’s study.Then,from the perspective of how to help the students with different foundations,characters,interests and so on to enhance their math achievements,I made some case analyses for the math teaching in the form of current extra-curricular tutorial classes.Given various conditions of restrictions such as time,I only choose several different types of students as teaching case when I research one-on-one teaching and one-on-many teaching,from the focuses like how to find and solve the problems.Therefrom I research these teaching cases in different steps and draw some superficial conclusions on teaching method. |
