Study On The Equalization Layout Of Basic Public Educational Facilities In Shangnan County From The Perspective Of Urban And Rural Integration

After the reform and opening up,China's progressive system reform has directly promoted the rapid development of urban and rural social economy.However,the development of the village in a very long period of time is stagnant,urban and rural dual structure intensified.The gap between urban and rural areas has become one of the important factors restricting the healthy development of our society.The equalization of basic public service facilities is the only way to "urban and rural planning",and the equalization of basic public education facilities is the key link in the equalization of basic public service facilities.At present,the process of equalization of basic public services in the western region is still relatively backward compared to the whole country and the eastern region,especially in the western region.At the same time,academic research on equalization focuses on the "overall" research of public service facilities,ignoring the "single" facility research.Therefore,in the context of urban and rural areas,the choice of Shangnan County basic public education facilities for equalization layout research,has a very important significance.On the basis of past research and relevant norms,this paper constructs the framework of equalization layout of basic public education facilities in the county,defines the relevant concepts and puts forward the realization process,index selection and spatial analysis methods of equalization layout of basic public education facilities in the county The On this basis,the characteristics,basic characteristics and operating mechanism of the basic public education facilities in Shangnan County are analyzed,and the nonuniformity of the number and spatial distribution of the basic public education facilities in the county is determined.So as to further explore the factors that affect the equalization of facilities,combined with residents' satisfaction and demand survey and GIS spatial analysis technology,to determine the county basic public education facilities equalization layout index and layout program.
