High school chemistry,as an important part of science education,aims to improve the scientific quality of students,strengthen students' understanding of the nature of science,cultivates the autonomous learning ability of students.Moreover,the 13 th five-year plan of national education development pointed that the educational modernization should be guided by new ideas.We should focus on learners and pay attention to developing abilities of learners.Connectivism and knowledge graph are generated under the background of the rapid development of Internet and big data.According to the connectivism,“pipeline is more important than the content in the pipeline”.As a carrier of knowledge network,knowledge graph implies the concept of connectivism.At present,connectivism and knowledge graph on the empirical research of science education is still in the primary stage.Therefore,the author chooses the connectivism and the knowledge graph to carry out the application research in the field of science education.This study includes the following four parts:Part 1,Introduction.This part introduces the research background,analyzes the present situation of the research,elaborates the purpose and significance of this study.Then,according to the content of this research,the writer puts forward the research methods.Part 2,Construction of knowledge graph.This part introduces Ontology construction technology and Protege software and elaborates the principles in the construction of knowledge graph.According to the connectivism and the ontology construction method,start to build the knowledge graph of metals and their compounds.Part 3,Teaching application research.This part mainly includes teaching experiment and questionnaire survey.Through the teaching experiment and questionnaire survey to understand the students' learning effect.Part 4,Analysis and summary.The writer analyzes the research results of teaching application and draws the conclusion.Finally,puts forward prospect of the future research.
