In the practice,researchers found that:because of physical disability and special environment,Gu-incomplete Children who are in the care of the mode of institutional care could abuse in the daily life,hit things,lie,please others.They could use inappropriate expression of demand.These actions without timely and appropriate guidance,will have a negative effect on their healthy growth and development.In this study,researchers choose the spiritual practice intervention theory Angle of view,with an eye to Gu-incomplete Children their own spiritual awakening,will be its own spiritual development and peer groups,organization staff,volunteers,welfare and other external social environment,to intervene on their positive growth.The researcher lied the specific research problem,the purpose of the research,the significance and methods of the research in the first part.Research literature method,interview method,observation method for research of relevant information,from the perspective of welfare homes Gu-incomplete Children and its growing environment,in the spiritual intervention Gu-incomplete Children's daily behavior under the guidance of theory,and evaluate the intervention effect.And describe the basic situation of E-Welfare-Home in Beijing and the disabled children under the care of them,the basic condition of the agency staffs and volunteers.Evaluating requirements of the disabled children in there,selecting and determining the theoretical guidance and spiritual theory Angle of view of service,objecting choices and determining the principles,goals and contents of intervention.Awakening Gu-incomplete Children knowing their own spiritual consciousness,the mutual influence of peer groups positive growth,positive guidance,institution staff related with volunteers,from Gu-incomplete Children,peer groups,organization staff,volunteers,welfare institutions for disabled children in five dimensions,positive growth of guidance,and to carry out the process assessment and result assessment,then put forward the research conclusion,and discuss the problems in practice of intervention.
