China's Vocational Education has a rapid development in the Republic of China relatively,vocational education in the Republic of China is a foundation for the whole development of Vocational Education in china.This study is based on the understanding of governance basic meaning,characteristics and difference of management,analyzed the vocational education governance shallow meaning,theoretical foundation and features,in order to analysis the vocational education governance experience in the period of Republic of China.The study is composed of four parts.The first part is the introduction.Including the study background and significance of the Republic of China vocational education governance experience,domestic and international main research,the overall thinking and methods of governance experience research,and the possible innovation of this study.The second part is the theoretical interpretation of the governance of Vocational education.From the origin and concept of governance,the main difference between governance and management,and extends to the vocational education governance,to discuss the theory of vocational education governance from multiple subjects,legal protection,democratic decision-making,consultation and cooperation of several core structure and characteristics.The third part are written three main experiences of vocational education governance in the Republic of China.With the government and civil two forces as the starting point,firstly,analyzed the different role of government playing in the vocational education reform and governance process;followed by analysis the folk forces acting on the process of vocational education development and governance;finally,analysis of the policies and regulations of vocational education governance security norms.The fourth part puts forward three points of reference to the governance experience of Vocational Education in the Republic of china.Specifically contain the development of vocational education needs the government led,the community should actively participate in vocational education activities,policies and regulations are the three aspects of the protection of vocational education governance to analyze and learn from.The period of the Republic of China is an important historical period of the development and transformation of Chinese modern education,including vocational education.The development of Vocational Education in this period not only has some problems,but also take measures to solve these problems,thus laying the foundation for the development of Vocational Education in China.
