Cengong county is a county under the Guizhou Qiandongnan Nationality Autonomous Prefecture, it has rich and colorful ethnic culture, so the traditional ethnic sports resources are very rich. School physical education curriculum is regarded as an important part of quality education. It is an important way to develop students’ physical and mental health and adapt to the social ability. With the implementation of the national curriculum reform, a new round of "sports and health curriculum standards" clearly show that an important part of the smooth implementation of curriculum is a positive development of curriculum resources, curriculum resources will be effectively developed, which can make the education curriculum resources advantages into full play, make the course very local characteristics good show. Because it is a good way to carry out the quality education in the physical education curriculum, it is the integration of the national traditional physical education curriculum into the middle school physical education curriculum. Therefore, the national traditional sports curriculum resources for effective development, is conducive to the school physical education, but also to improve the active and effective way of physical education teaching.The author selected 15 middle schools in cengong county sports teaching as the research object, using literature method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, investigation method and other research methods, on the county middle school of national traditional sports into the physical education curriculum were studied. On the basis of previous studies, this paper on the national traditional sports and other related concepts are defined, in cengong County Ethnic Sports into middle school physical education curriculum were investigated, the curriculum elements of national traditional sports for the feasibility analysis of national traditional sports into the physical education curriculum and the promotion of the value of experience the measures were analyzed.The results show that: first, the national traditional sports curriculum resources content rich and colorful, a variety of forms, it will be introduced to the school teaching, not only enrich the content of teaching, the most important is the national traditional sports will inherit, ensure national traditional sports will not be lost; second, although many kinds of traditional ethnic sports but, the school still project less. School leaders on the importance of development is not obvious, on the way to understand the degree of physical education teachers and the knowledge acquisition is different, but most of the students love, also suitable for the teaching of physical education; third, national traditional sports to carry out better in the private sector, with strong national characteristics and regional characteristics, but due to the time die, ethnic assimilation and the spread of modern competitive sports, the traditional national sports development is slow; fourth, there is a possibility of developing suitable for school sports teaching of traditional ethnic sports, on the one hand can enrich the teaching contents, so as to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students. On the other hand, students can also make the national awareness of the enhancement, the national culture will be passed down, the school’s sports characteristics to carry forward.
