A Study On The Influence Factors Of Social Integration Of The Landless Peasants In The Suburbs Of Chongqing

The acceleration of the urbanization process has led to the expansion of the urban scope and land use,So a large number of urban and rural areas of the land will be taken out from the hands of farmers for the construction of the city, and produced landless farmers.For thousands of years, the land has been the most basic livelihood of farmers and economic sources in China,and when these landless peasants enter the city life, they get the identity of the citizens on the surface,But in essence they face more problems such as pension, medical care, employment, children's education, social interaction and so on than in rural areas.Due to the imperfect system and policy, there must have a long process to integrate into the city for the land lost farmers.Under the guidance of social identity theory,social exclusion theory,human capital attribution theory and social capital attribution theory,through the investigation of several typical resettlement communities of landless farmers in Chongqing,Through the analysis of 168 valid questionnaires and we can found that the social integration of landless peasants in suburbs is unsatisfactory,There are a lot of problems in the economic and social networks,the degree of citizen recognition are very low.In the aspect of data, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of urban integration of land lost farmers by using single factor analysis of variance and multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that the gender of landless peasants has no significant effect on the urban integration, and marital status and family income have a significant positive impact on the social integration of landless farmers. At the same time choosing their human capital status (the health status,education level,whether or not to accept any training),social capital and psychological capital status as the dependent variable, to analysis the influence of social integration,the effect shows that human capital status of the farmers, social capital, psychological capital both have a significant influence on the social integration of landless farmers. At the end of the article, the author puts forward some suggestions to promote the social integration of landless peasants from two aspects of macro and micro,hoping to provide the reference for the urban integration of the landless peasants.
