Research On The WeChat Interactive Mode Between College Counselors And Students

The use of Wechat reduces the cost of communications between people, makes interactions easier. Friend zone of wechat also has become a new platform to share personal hobby, work and life. A lot of college counselors and students like using wechat, traditional interactive mode changes with the change of communication media. This new kind of interactive mode brings challenges to the work of counselors, and also brings innovation at the same time.Research on new interactive mode between counselors and students can make us understand the college communications behind mobile phone more clearly. By knowing advantages and limitations of the mode,we can lead them to use Wechat better.The first chapter is research introduction which lays the foundation of this research. This chapter explains background, purpose and significance of the study respectively, and points out the research innivations and methods.The second chapter analyzes related concepts, summarizes related research of domestic and foreign scholars, introduces the theoretical basis for the study, including symbolic interactionism, dramaturgy, social exchange theory and interpersonal interaction theory from foreign scholars. The domestic scholars focus on the WeChat, interactive, and counselor work.The third chapter summarizes the traditional interaction mode between counselors and students, discusses the classification and characteristics of the traditional interaction, and points out the problems existing in the traditional mode.The fourth chapter analyzes the Wechat interaction mode between counselors and students in detail. Through the questionnaires, interviews,and case analysis, combined with my three years experience of first - line counselor, expounds the conditions and methods of Wechat interaction,summarizes the advantages and limitations of the new interactive mode.The fifth chapter is conclusion and introspection, puts forward suggestions for college students, counselors and universities, calls them to work together to establish a good interactive ecology, construct a new educational system and enhance the interactive level.
