The Elementary School Campus Football Risk Management Model Research

Primary school football is the pupil’s favorite sports and it is wildly developed between pupils.Campus football in primary school can effectively enhance the physical fitness of primary school students,promote the development of students’ physical and mental health,cultivate the group cooperation spirit and collective sense of honor,at the same time,it can cultivate the students’ spirit of hard-working,respect for their opponents and the spirit of perseverance.With the further development of elementary school campus football,primary school football will effectively improve the enthusiasm of young people’s participation in football,increase of population in China,provide a strong guarantee for the cultivation of football reserve talents in China.As an important body in football,the development of primary school football plays a vital role to the overall football development in China.However,the occurrence of sports injury not only hinder the development of students’ physical and mental health,but also affect the promotion and development of primary school football.Through the research on the risk identification of students participating in campus football,this paper will build a systematic risk management model about the football development,hopes to improve the safety level of campus football,effective deal with the campus football risk,and reduce the loss for football risk to the minimum;at the same time,relieves the pressure of school,releases the worries of parents and students,and promote the healthy development of campus football.This research takes Taiyuan’s 28 football pilot primary schools as the subjects,and the existing risk of primary school football in elementary school as the survey content.During the research,the author using the method of expert interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and list sorting,draws the following conclusions:(1)Through the study of primary school football risk identification,the author find,in human-related risk,the football risk of grade 3-4 students are mainly lack of basic knowledge of football and weak in self-protection;The risk of Grade 5-6 students are mainly that the students participate in the training competition is more professional,but lack of self-protection awareness,and have a poor condition of wearing the protective clothing.Compared with the football teaching,the football matches and after-school activities without teacher are more likely to cause the students’ injury.The teacher’s risk comes from the lack of the cultivation of the students’ safety awareness,the neglect of the students’ first aid knowledge,the self-protection methods and lack of medical staff.In the factor of environmental risk,it is mainly comes from the imperfection of football site and the facilities.In the aspect of organizational risk,it mainly due to the lack of safety education and the low rate of insurance coverage.(2)In the risk assessment system of primary school football,the main risk is from the students and teachers.Firstly,students do not practice based on the regulations and be anxious for success.Secondly,students don’t to observe the class discipline in football learning and they do not wear protective clothing during the training and competition.Teachers do not pay attention to the cultivation of students’ football consciousness,do not provide prompt attention,do not prepare teaching plan before class,have not received professional football training is the main factors of football risk.In the field of environmental risk,the main risk is the lack of protective layer in the field and the sports layout don’t meet the requirement.In organizational risk,it is the school lacking of safety education management to students and teachers,leaders do not attach importance to football,medical supervision is ineffective,facilities maintenance is failure and have no accident insurance covering sports injury.(3)The idea and patterns of model construction,through the teaching of primary school football,training,competition,after-school football recognition,human,environmental and organizational risk is the main factors.Then through the evaluation process,get the the main risk factors of primary school football.According to the main risk factors,the author proposed the risk management model.The model is mainly constructed from four aspects,that is school,teacher,family and insurance.
