This paper takes the M company's marketing strategy of college students as the research object.First,we analyze the research background of the paper.From the motivation of College Students' tourism and the rapid growth of the number of college students,this paper briefly expounds the unlimited business opportunities in the tourism market of college students.Then it introduces the current situation and the development of M company's College Students' tourism market.Through the comparison of domestic and foreign research status,the research ideas and framework of this paper are established,and the main research methods of this paper are established in this paper,which are literature research,quantitative analysis,systematic research,investigation and research method.With reference to the relevant information,this civilization indeed the travel and tourism products,tourism market and other related terms are defined,on the theory of marketing of tourism products is generally introduced,focusing on the analysis of the use of 4P marketing theory and SWOT analysis method.With SWOT analysis method,we synthetically analyze the M company development of College Students Tourism Marketing of external environment and internal environment,control the SWOT matrix,from the SO growth type strategy,WO reversed strategy,diversified strategy of ST and WT defensive strategy of M company development of college students tourism market marketing environment for further comb,and puts forward related suggestions.According to the actual situation of M company,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of the tourism market of M company,the existing problems and the causes of the problems.Through the questionnaire survey,we analysis the characteristics of college students at this stage of tourism,from time to travel,tourist destination,tourism,tourism capital,tourism concern degree.And based on this,the paper makes market segmentation for M company,and chooses the target market and market positioning.Then this paper uses the 4P marketing theory,from the product,the price,the channel,the promotion four aspects comprehensive analysis obtains the M company to develop the student travel market many marketing strategy.Finally,from the perspectives of organizational structure,human resources and public relations,this paper puts forward the measures to ensure the development of College Students' tourism market in M company.Through the analysis and Research on the tourism marketing strategy of M company,we hope to use the professional knowledge to provide feasible suggestions and recommendations for M company to develop the market.At the same time,through the study of this paper,we hope that the students of tourism marketing strategy theory can be rich.And we can also provide the feasibility for other tourism enterprises to develop the tourism market of college students which led to the rapid and healthy development of the surrounding areas and even the whole country in tourism market of college students.
