The core of education is life.Professor Ye Lan said:"in a certain sense,education is to face the people."Life,through the lives of people,in order to improve the quality of life and social activities,is to peopleln this society,the most reflect the cause of life care." In recent years,the promotion of "life education"The voice is higher and higher,it calls for education to return to the students' life,and highlights their life,freedom and flexibility.And unique,gradually perfect life and happiness.However,in such a voice,we seldom hear.The voice of teachers' life.In reality,there are many:teachers in the new learning(training)of teacher workshops there are also put teachers only as a teaching tool to treat,and the development of teachers' life is ignored.This is contrary to the core of education is the meaning of life.This paper attempts to in the reality of teacher workshops case careful observation and analysis,the existing on the previous combing materials based on analysis the disadvantages of teacher workshops,and construct a will teachers themselves as "objective" of teacher workshops.Such a teacher's workshop will be regarded as the ultimate goal of teacher's life.It pays attention to the realization of teacher's life meaning and value,the autonomy and creativity of the teachers,and the development of the teacher's workshop.This paper is divided into six parts,the first part introduced the origin,significance and content of the research,the concept of new teachers' workshop defines the related research of domestic and foreign teachers workshops are summarized,put forward some teacher workshop development to the present shortage,the second part introduces the origin of F teacher workshop,how to set up f to the last teacher workshop,while the third part and the fourth part introduces the basic situation of the internal environment of small workshops where the environment of teachers and teacher workshops where the teachers and the workshop,the fifth part reflects on the lack of teachers' workshop,analysis the three reasons lead to lack of tools are:teachers and teachers professional development of teachers and utilitarian technology,the last part according to the lack of teachers' Workshop To construct the "ought to be" state of the teacher workshop.
